Pleasant Plains Tournament Trivia:
Pleasant Plains set two tournament marks for fewest points allowed in 2008 when they allowed 85 in their first three games and 127 for the tournament.

The Cardinals' M-WHT debut occurred in 2006 where they have gone a combined 9-9 since.

Pleasant Plains particiapted in one of the longest tournament games in history in 2007 when the Cardinals were ousted 86-77 in four overtimes by Lewistown.

Rushville outlasted Galva 100-88 in 1963. That was the only other tournament game to go four overtime periods.

That 4OT loss to Lewistown in 2007 made it two straight years where the tournament's top seed failed to make it to the championship matchup.

Pleasant Plains had been no stranger to Western Hall prior to entering the M-WHT as they made several appearances as a Super Sectional qualifier. Here's the breakdown:
