The tournament’s Day 1 ended with a matchup featuring the Lewistown Indians and the West Hancock Titans. This game was the most physical of the opening day action. Lewistown led at halftime by a score of 33-21 and held on to win by a score of 59-44.

The Indians will face 3rd seeded Eureka in the 9:30pm Game 16 on Tuesday. West Hancock will move into the consolation bracket and match up with Abingdon-Avon in the 2:30pm Game 12.
